The only day we close is Christmas day.
All Emails are personally checked by the Sales Manager and are replied to with in 24 Hours or Earlier
Booking and Cancellation Policy:
All bookings require Contact name, Phone number and hotel in Singapore.
Bookings are not confirmed until CC payments are received we have
1.5 percent CC fee that applies to all credit cards with the exception of American Express at 2%.
In the event of a no show tickets are 100% non refundable.
If a booking is cancelled prior to 7 days we will refund the booking less 20%.
